Linda Batz is the definition of Inclusion. She has and will always try to treat people the way she wants to be treated, handle situations with love and care, and stay true to who she is.
Linda is not your typical "boss." Her caring and giving soul shines through in every situation she encounters while her determination is inspiring.
Now, when you think of National Women's Day, you might think of women showcasing their power. And while that's amazing, Linda's Speedway is a little different. Linda focuses on nurturing relationships and situations, ensuring successful outcomes while showing a genuine concern for people.
On Friday nights, Linda's Speedway is packed with racers, crews, families, and fans. But to Linda, they are not just customers - they are friends. Starting from the top, Linda sets the tone for an inclusive and welcoming environment. Today, on National Women's Day, we want to recognize her for standing the test of time and teaching us what true leadership is all about.
Regardless of gender, color, or title, a true leader cares deeply about the people they interact with, whether it's at the biggest Micro Sprint Race in the world or at the pit pass window every week. Linda Batz embodies everything we want Linda's Speedway to represent. We want our racers to feel safe and respected, our crews to know they at appreciated, and families to feel secure when their loved ones hit the racetrack.
